All relationships are different, but the Gottman’s research with thousands of couples tells us that the way we talk to each other is the key to happiness or heart break.

Customized Treatment Plan

To make sure we are focusing on the areas of the Sound Relationship House, couple’s therapy requires a more extensive intake and assessment process.

The first session will be all three of us, then an individual session for each partner,

following by the feedback and treatment planning session.

Homework that Helps

Research shows that homework (what you do between sessions) is an essential part of making therapy effective. Each session I will encourage you to pick one tool, activity, or skill to try.

Frequency at Your Fingertips

With telehealth, we can meet once or twice a week, every two weeks, once a month, or as needed.

My goal is to empower you and build your confidence in the progress you make. Once you begin feeling better, we will fade you out of therapy by decreasing the frequency of sessions.
