Homework that Helps

Research shows that homework (what you do between sessions) is an essential part of making therapy effective. Each session I will encourage you to pick one tool, activity, or skill to try.

Frequency at Your Fingertips

With telehealth, we can meet once or twice a week, every two weeks, once a month, or as needed.

My goal is to empower you and build your confidence in the progress you make. Once you begin feeling better, we will fade you out of therapy by decreasing the frequency of sessions.
