Insurance benefits will be verified before your first session, so you know what your out of pocket cost will be. This varies for each person depending on the terms of your insurance plan.

Insurance can be challenging to use for therapy. Insurance only covers the cost of therapy if you have a diagnosed mental health condition.
Depending on your diagnosis, insurance may limit sessions to 45 minutes.

$160 for 60 minute sessions
